Great game from a bygone age.
Great game from a bygone age.
It's fun but the mechanics do not seem to work well together.
Still holds up as great as I remember.
Really enjoyed all of the "hidden" stuff here. Well made.
Thank you so much for playing! ~ Jared
I like the art style and the gameplay was engaging, but the enemies are way too easy to outmaneuver, and their random spawns made the build feature unnecessary at best, and a hindrance at worst (the only time I died was after attempting to build and having several enemies spawn behind me). Would be a great, viable game if it were released with a series of puzzle-levels maybe. Not bad though.
It's good and good looking, but very difficult (not that its a reason for a lower score, it isn't). Good work on this, I really enjoyed playing it.
Pretty difficult later on in the game. I made the mistake of assuming that it'd be too easy. Good work, maybe include some animations for the characters and some music/SFX and I'd grade higher. Not bad though, good job!
It's a game I made in 2 nights for my girl, since I'm getting great feedback already I will continue the sequel, obviously this time very well made and much more time spent on it. I hope you will stick along for it's release and thanks for your feedback!
I guess I just can't seem to figure it out? Apparently the jump button is broken or something. Can't quite get it to move more than a few spaces to the right or left.
Update: Jump is S, not A, but moving the character while jumping is difficult.
Also, this is a very short "game". I'd suggest reworking some things and making it a bit longer if you want it to remain on the site.
Jump is G. Still working and updating the game. Added on screen controls so it can be used on mobile devices web browsers.
Not bad! I like the story you're telling here. Good atmosphere too.
